    I’m sure the fans of Dr. Amal Mattu (https://ecgweekly.com) would had got it easily but the T wave inversions on anterior and inferior leads, along with the clinical presentation hopefully prompted many of you to think of PE.
    This patient indeed had a massive PE, and was in obstructive shock. (B-blocker might have prevented Pt to be tachycardic).
