Question

ACS Predictors – As you are well aware, patients, particularly elderly female and diabetics, often have no chest “pain”, and all kinds of signs and symptoms with very subtle ECG changes (or NSTEMI) while they are having MI.
What are the four S & Ss that strongly suggests ACS?

    Most important ACS predictors are;
    1. Diaphoresis
    2. Vomiting
    3. Radiation
    4. Exertion (causing chest discomfort)
